  1 yumurta, 1 olgun muz ve aldığı kadar (yaklaşık 4 yemek kaşığı) yulaf ununu pancake kıvamına gelene dek çatalla ezip karıştır. hindistan cevizi yağlı tavada pişir. fantastik bir şekersiz, nispeten sağlıklı kahvaltılık hazır.
