  - tell me, doctor cassidy: how would you treat a large caliber gunshot wound resulting in massive issue and blood loss ?
  - well, i would obviously recommend drinking a couple of morons' worth of fresh blood and letting the wound heal up by itself ... but i would first advise the patient to find that saint of killers^* fucker and drive a pickup truck up the bastard's arse at top speed .
  - and what purpose that would serve, doctor ?
  - well, it would first of all help the patient to feel more positive, a vital step on the road to recovery ... and it would also save one reverend jesse custer from certain death at the hands of said fucker .
  - but doctor: jesse custer forced the patient to stop drinking that stupid shitkicker's blood, and then went on to call him an abomination ...
  - yes, but careful consideration will reveal that jesse is not a bad bloke really, and tempers were pretty heated all round . and if the patient doesn't help, he knows he'll feel bad for at least a year .
