pritzker mimarlık ödülü

• mimarlığın nobelidir.
  1979'dan günümüze kadar bu ödüle layık görülenlerin sıralı listesi
• pritzker ailesince verilen mimarlik nisani. her yil jurinin sectigi mimara bir kac milyon dolar nakit, bir yuzunde sullivandan kopyalanmis bitkisel motifler olan, oteki yuzunde utilitas venustas firmitas ^* yazan bronz madalya, bir de istemediginiz kadar san sohret verilir.
  2 yil oncesine kadar global bir star mimar olmanin diplomasi diyebilirdik. son iki yildir glenn murcutt ve jorn utzon'a odul verilmesiyle, yine meshur olan ama, piyasanin adami olmaktan ziyade kismi aykiri ve dislanmis olanlara da selam verildigini soyleyebiliriz.
  
  2004 editi: zaha aplanin bu odulu almasiyla 2002 ve 2003 yili odulleri uzerine yaptigimiz yorumlari yaliyoruz efendim.
• 2014 yılı sahibi; shigeru ban olmuştur.
• 2016 kazananı az önce açıklanmış ve ödül şili'li mimar alejandro aravena'ya gitmiştir.

  ödül nispeten uzun bir aradan sonra yine pek fazla tanınmayan ve uzun zamandır pratiğini tutarlı ve kararlı bir şekilde sürdüren, yaşını başını almış bir mimara gitmiş, durum 1997'de norveçli sverre fehn'in kazanmasına benzemiştir.
  her yıl dünya'nın çeşitli yerlerinde yapılan ödül töreni bu yıl 30 mayıs 2006 günü dolmabahçe sarayı'nda yapılacak.
