  kendisi o gunleri soyle anlatmistir:
  
  "otobusun arka tarafinda oturuyordum. migdem gurulduyor, basim zonkluyor. o esnada koridorda bir brosur gozume carpti. zaman gecirmek icin alip okumaya basladim.california senatoru alan cranston tarafindan yazilmis bir el ilaniydi. yazi genel itibariyle nukleer silahlanma ile alakaliydi. nedense, oradaki bir satir ozellikle dikkatimi cekti:
