• x japan' ın yıllar geçtikçe daha da vurucu olan parçası. nedenini hala anlayabilmiş değilim gerçi, toshi' nin sesi, yaşlılık, solosu, sözleri? bilemiyorum ama eğer ölmeden bir gün canlı dinleyebilirsem - gerçi hide olmayacak ama- hüngür hüngür ağlayacağım parçalardan biri olacak.
• almanya'da piyasaya çıkan 1968 tarihli cem karaca apaşlar plağının a yüzündeki şarkı. b yüzünde no no no vardı. tears, aslında resimdeki gözyaşları'nın ingilizce versiyonu idi sadece.
• giorgio moroder'ın 72 çıkışlı son of my father albümünden bir parça. dj shadow'un organ donor parçasında kullanılan ana sample bu parçadır. öyle de güzel, öyle de hoş bir parçadır. vokal ile enstrümanların eş zamanlı sesleri eloy'u -özellikle castle in the air'i- anımsatır bana aşırı derecede.

• x japan'ın çok güzel, çok vurucu bir eseri bu; ama tokyo dome performansı bambaşka. tarif edilemez. şarkıya eşlik eden seyirciler, çığlıklar şarkının etkisini o kadar katlıyor ki sizi büyülüyor ve imkansız bir şeyi arzulatıyor size. orada olmayı. onlarla birlikte söylemeyi. onlarla birlikte ağlamayı.
