• dr john'un anutha zone albümünde pek güzel yorumladığı bir john martyn şarkısı. "ben günah münah dinlemem, aşk isterim aşk" diyor adam sakin sakin, duyup da dinlemeyen de yumuşak yumuşak ne diyor bu adam diye düşünüyor, bak sen:

• nedense "don't even try it, i know when you lyin don't even do that, i know why you cryin" derken beni hep hüzünlendiren şarkıdır. eskiden beri dinledikçe içimde o kaltak karıya bi hınç gelişir. ah be abi yapılır mı senin gibi adama diyip kadeh tokuşturasım gelir böyle. klibi de çok hoştur. mario winans ın küvetten kalktığı sahne süperdir.
• no jacket required albümünde yer alan, phil collins 'in en iyi şarkılarından biri.
• bu tarz bir şarkıyı sevebileceğimi hiç düşünmezdim. müzik türü ayrımcısı falan olduğumdan değil. genelde bu tip r&b tarzı şarkıları beğenmişliğim çok azdır. ama mario abinin öyle yumuşak, kadifemsi sesi var ki, öyle içten söylemiş ki, şarkıdaki sample'lar öylesine güzel döşenmiş ki beğenmemem pek mümkün değildi. hatta p.diddy'nin söylediği kısımları bile sevdim. zira en güzel sözler orada...
  
  şarkıda kullanılan sample'lar fugees'in "ready or not" adlı şarkısından alınmış. fakat mario'cuğumun bilmediği bir şey varmış ki o da fugees'in de bu sample'ları aslında enya'nın boadicea şarkısından almış oldukları... izinsiz kullanımdan dolayı enya bu duruma çok kızmış. mario da gönül almak için single kapağına ve şarkının klibine "featuring enya" yazısını koymuş, yaa...
• zamanında bu bizim şarkımız olsun demişliğim vardır; nitekim olmuştur. 5 sene olmuş, hey gidi.
