  seminary “activity of association search of aljaraque interlocutors”

  the cultural association “aljaraque in action” is planning to organize a seminary “activity of association search of aljaraque interlocutors” in april with the involvement of 12 european countries.
  
  theme: the seminary tries to create a space adapted of knowledge, interchange of experiences, formation and offer of opportunity within the framework to know future partners for projects the program youth in action. therefore, this seminary tries besides to serve as formation platform as the new program youth in action between groups, organizations and associations of the province of huelva and to harness the participation of such in the accomplishment of european actions of the mentioned program.

  accommodation / board:
  the participants will be accommodated in two/ three -beds rooms in a hotel and they will not be mixed in the rooms with participants from other countries (only if there is no other choice and not fit the numbers and genders).

  · presentation of the countries and organizations – exhibition (on the 1st working day)
  
  materials to bring: posters, photos, maps, leaflets, dvd (short movie) …etc.
  
  we provide: laptop, projector, boards, writing-materials, papers…etc.
  available time / organization for the presentation: 20 minutes
  
  · presentation of good practice in youth exchange.
  
  · intercultural night
  materials to bring: food, drink, sweets, music…etc.
  
  the host organization asks from the partners to bring only the quantity of alcohol that will be used only in the intercultural night.
  
  · team building games: there is possibility the partner organizations to organize the team building games. if you wish to bring a game and play, please let me know as well as the materials you need for this game.

  · cultural visits and instituionales of huelva.
  · festival of european cultures.
  · energizing games.

  3 insurance
  
  all the participants will be insured by the host organization
  
  preparation costs
  
  we would like to inform you, that the host organization will use the preparation cost for the better realization of the project, insurance for every participants, making printed material for the participants and promotion of the program.
