• glitter albümünün ilk single'ı olan mariah carey şarkısı. heartbreaker'a fazlaca benziyor olması ve bir çıkış single'ı olmak için fazla iddiasız olması nedeniyle hiç ısınamamıştım kendisine. hâlâ da ortalama bir şarkısıdır benim için. nitekim o zamanki yeni şirketi virgin records'ın single'ın fiyatını 49 cent'e düşürmüş olmasına karşın destiny's child'ın bootylicious'ı karşısında duramamış ve 2 numarayı aşamayarak ilk kez mariah'nın bir stüdyo albümünden çıkardığı ilk single'ın billboard hot 100'da zirveyi görememesine neden olmuştur.
  
  feci teşhirci ve delimserek klibine de özellikle kılım. sert gitar riff'leri ve da brat, shawnna, twenty ii ve ludacris'in rap vokâllerinin bir nebze kurtardığı remiksini yeğlerim, ki albümün^* açılış parçası da bu olmuştur. orijinâlini kapanışta duyabilirsiniz.
  
  ha ayrıca bootylicious'ın yayımlanma târihini inadına bu şarkıyla aynı zamana denk getiren tommy mottola^* yönetimindeki sony music, ayrıca piyasadaki forsunu kullanarak mariah bu şarkının henüz kayıt aşamasındayken kullanacağı sample'ı (bkz: yellow magic orchestra) (bkz: firecracker) öğrenmiş ve ondan önce harekete geçerek bu sample'ı jennifer lopez'in i'm real şarkısında kullanmıştır. jennifer lopez'in albümü j.lo, 'loverboy'dan önce çıkacağı için de mariah şarkının yapısını tamâmen değiştirmek zorunda kalmıştır. firecracker yerine cameo'nun candy'si kullanılmış, ayrıca cameo da şarkıya konuk olmuştur. da brat az önce bahsini ettiğim remiksin bir bölümünde "taklitçi kaltaklar"a giydirmiş, bu sırada arka plândan duyulan firecracker sample'ı mesajın nereye gittiğini açık ve seçik olarak göstermiştir.
