• 1995 yılından bu yana house müziğin önemli isimlerden biri olan azad rizvi,25 yaşındali dj 40’ın üzerinde kendi adına basılmış plakları dışında,kendi tarzında bir sound oluşturmuş ve diğer djlerin ve endüstrinin gözunde saygın bir yer edinmiştir. 1998’de muzik tarafından “new school hero”,2000yılında mixmag tarafından ”2000 yılı’nın producer’ı” ve the face tarafından “2000 yılının dj iyi’ gibi ünvanları ard arda almıştır.
  
  13 yaşından beri müzikle iç içe olması, yılların emeği ile birleşince geniş bir müzik yelpazesi oluşturmasını sağlamış.1995’de efsanevi prodüktör ian obrien ile birleşip memeory tree vinly’ını oluşturdular. plaktaki 2 single hemen ödulleri ve iligiyi topladı. dj’liğin dışında asad rizvi’nin prodüksiyonları onun değerini daha da gösteriyor. değişik isimler altında yaptığı kayıtlar, saygın discografisine baktiğımızda, the end loaded, visito, surreal ve wiggle gibi labelerı görüyoruz.
  
  reverberations label’ı, asad’ı yakın arkadaşları olan ravi mcarthur, tom gillieron ile beraber asad’ın yeteneklerin birleşimidir.
  8’inci yılında olması ile beraber, dünyada terry francis, giles peterson, adam freeland, ltj bukem ve john digweed gibi büyük isimleri destek verebilen bir label. bir kaç yıldır asad ve label partneri ravi mr c’s end recordings’de “impossible beings” olarak kayıt yapmaya devam ediyorlar.
  
  bu yılın sonunda full bir album bekleniliyor. çalışmada değişik enstrümanlar ve vokaller (pus 3diva kirsty hawk-shaw dahil) kullanılmakta ve büyük bir süpriz olucağı bekleniliyor. 1999’da asad ve charlie inmanla beraber appleheadz projesinde çalıştı ve bringhtonun loaded records’da yerini buldu. 2000 yılında “hold your turtles” single’ı dj magazine dergisinde ilk sırayı aldı. proje’den isminin değişmesi ile beraber, gelecek yıl çıkması beklenen “kinda blue” (featuring danielle liebermann)isimli yeni single bekleniliyor.
  
  asad’ın solo olarak tanınmış en iyi çalışması silverlining projesidir. daha karanlık, dubbier ve dans pistine odaklı çalışması tag, eukahouse, tektite ve japanyona’nın ing recordings gibi labelerda yer aldı. “precision spanner” adlı single’ı, 1998de muzik magazine tarafında release edildi.
  
  asad, farklı tarzı sayesinde, fabric, wiggle, the ends subterrain ve reverberations gibi parti ve mekanlarda çaldı. sadece londra değil, avrupa, kanada, australia, güney ve kuzey amerika, japonya, brezilya, meksika gibi farklı yerlerde çalmaya devam ediyor. son zamanlardaki yoğun temposunun yanında, silverling exposures adlı mixli bir compilation çıkarttı. bu cd m8 magazin tarfından ‘yılın compilation’ı seçildi.
