bağımsız sinema örneği. bence diyaloglardan kaynaklanıyor olsa gerek, film biraz sıkıcı bir havaya sahip. konu elbette gayet tahmin edilebilir ve sıradan ama işleyişi biçimi ile farklılık yaratılmış. scott caan ve james caan'ı aynı sahnelerde izlemek keyifli oldu. flashbackler ile filme biraz akıcılık katılmaya çalışılmış ancak yine de böyle durağan bir filmin diyaloglarla biraz daha hareketlendirilmesi iyi olurdu. çünkü bu film aynı tema üzerinde işlenip de depresif bir sonla değil de herhangi bir başka şekilde bitseydi kötü bir romantik komediden başka bir şey olmayacaktı.
ayrıca imdb gibi bir sitede, filmin bilgilerinin karman çorman olması da kötü olmuş. filmin başrol oyuncuları olarak adı geçenleri filmin hangi sahnesinde gördüğümü bile zor hatırlıyorum. en tepeye filmdeki herhangi bir kadın aktris yazılmış, filan. -

orphaned land'in paradise lost grubuna tribute olarak hazırlanan as we die for paradise lost albümünde ikinci sırada seslendirdiği muhteşem parça. şarkının sözleri oldukça derinlikli ve melodisi harikadır. fakat sondaki gitar solosu hepsinden daha leziz ve sanıyorum dünya tarihinin en iyi sololarından birisidir.
