• belirtmek gerekir ki, bir roger waters eseridir. "ferrari and rolls royce" dendiginde arkadan "yalanimiz yok abi cidden araba burda" tadindaki motor sesinin rahatsiz ediciligini saymazsak epey guzel bir parcadir.
• hikaye yazıp, resim yapan bi şarkıdır... öyle bi şarkıdır ki, bitene kadar hayalinizde kocaman bir tablo bitirirsiniz... yüzlerce tanımadığınız yüzün portresi belirir hatta içinde...
• aynı adlı iki şarkıya bakıyorum biri culture club diğeri roger waters'a ait. akabinde gökdelen görmüş taşralı bir amca edasıyla "vayy anam vayy" diyorum. bunu yapan medeniyet diğerini de yapmış. ne yaman çelişki değil mi ? ama zaten roger water's bu çelişkiden bizzat parçasında bahsetmiştir. zira kendiside demiyor mu , "it's a miracle". ama şunu bil ki gerçekler acıtıyor sayın waters her şarkında yüzümüze vurmana gerek yok bunları biz üstümüze geçirilmiş eğreti kostümden memnunduk .
• roger waters ile yapılan amused to death ilgili bir röportajda, amused to death'in kayıtlarında flea'nin gelip it's a miracle şarkısının hızlı bir versiyonunda çaldığını söylemiştir. ancak daha sonra şarkının yavaş versiyonunu albüme koymaya karar verdiğini ve bu yüzden de flea'nin albümde yer alamadığını belirtmiştir. yine de roger waters flea'nin müthiş çaldığını söylemiş ve hakkını teslim etmiştir. ama biz flea'nin bir roger waters parçasındaki performansına tanık olamamışızdır. açıkcası o kaydı dinlemek çok isterim ama tahminimce sadece roger waters'ın kendi arşivinde vardır.
