  aynı zamanda bu albümün manifestosu diyebileceğimiz; resmi web sayfalarında ve albümlerinde de bulunan metnin ismidir.
  
  albümün açılış parçası olan shut up'ın şu kaydının başında, jehnny'nin kendi ağzından okunuşu birebir duyulabilir. daha önce yazılmış ama bir kez daha yazayım. zaten tekrar tekrar yazılası güzelliktedir:
