• warren zevon'un ölümcül bir tür kansere yakalandığını öğrendikten sonra, tedavi olup yatağa mıhlanmak yerine, oturup üzerine çalıştığı albümdür. warren zevon'un kendi kara mizahına yaraşır bir şekilde, bu albüm sayesinde vefatından sonra iki grammy kazanmıştır. 30 yıllık gelgitler ile dolu müzik kariyerinde aldığı tek grammylerin bu albümle olması ve ödül aldığını göremeden ölmesi, tam warren zevon'luk bir durumdur.
