• kanada polisi rcmp'nin (royal canadian mounted police) şapkası. rcmp kanada'nın en büyük sembollerinden biri olduğundan, stetson da aynı doğrultuda bir manaya sahip. bu nedenle, sih inancına mensup bir rcmp memuru şapka yerine inancı gereği giymekte olduğu sarığı kullanmakta ısrarlı olduğunda, bu durum çokkültürlülük çerçevesinde meşhur bir dava konusu oldu.
