  + we have lots of plans for istanbul. but the problem is regulatory situation, the rules in turkey right now dont allow us to operate.
  - oh okey, are you still working on it, i guess.
  + well, i mean we're trying. but the rules are so protective up to taxi industry that we will... unless there is a fundamental change in the rules. we won't be able to launch in turkey. we won't be able to bring our innovation to turkey.
