• ablamin elime tutusturmasi sayesinde bugun denemeye basladim. aromasiz, fermente edilmis, sek balik yagi. abartmaya gerek yok, tadi somon fumeye benziyor. cig ve/ya yagli balik seven biriyseniz problem yok. yalniz sisesinden bile insanin eline sinebilen bir kokusu var, tek sorun o.

'fermented' yani mayalanmis, sarap gibi olani makbuldur cunku diger cesidinde a ve d vitaminleri islem sirasinda kaybolduklarindan/etkisiz hale geldiklerinden sentetik olarak sonradan eklenmektedir. ve sentetik a vitamininin vucutta toksin etkisi yarattigi uzerine soylemler, tartismalar var. mayalanmis olanini elde etmek ureticiye 6 ay ile 12 ay arasinda degisen zamanlara mal oldugundan yapimi dunyada sadece 1 sirket tarafindan gerceklestiriliyor diye okudum. ve zaten onun disinda bir marka da bulamadim alirken. diger sirketler mayalanmamis olanini satiyorlar yani sentetik vitaminli olanini.
  
  sivi, jel ve de kapsul olanlari var. hayatimda ilk kez birseye cesaretlenip 'icerim ben bunu bise olmaz yeaaa kapsule gerek yok' diye jel olanini aldim. ama bunu aglamadan, terlemeden, kacmadan, kusmadan, bagirmadan ne bileyim olmeye sempati duymadan icmek cok ama cok zor. buzdolabini acmaya korkuyorum yeminle. saldircak ustume ordan gibi sanki.
